Warren County, PA, Must purchase an I "COT" Fish badge before April 17th! Adults $5, Youth $7. Tagged trout will be stocked all over Warren County worth various prizes. The top prize fish is worth $2000! There were over 15 winners last year. Badges can be purchased at the following locations after March 1st: Allegheny Field & Stream, Tall Tales, ,Wild Wind Sporters, Clarendon Service Center and Convenience Store, Swanson's Barn, Tidioute True Value
